The core of our activity has been for the last 47 years at the origin of fishing. The richest cephalopod fishing grounds in the world (cuttlefish, octopus, squid, etc.) are located on the coast of Morocco. This place represents the origin of our fishing activities, as well as the quality of our products. Miguel Médicis S.A. set up the production of 30 fishing ships along with their contents. Each boat fishes around 60 tons per catch, which accounts for a total of 1,800,000 kg. There are approximately four or five annual catches, depending on the fishing quota and biological stoppages. Biological stoppages are periods of time when the utilisation of biological resources halts so as to naturally recover themselves.
